Timeless Inspirations Bespoke Full Wedding Planning Service begins with a complimentary consultation to understand how you imagine your wedding day to be and to start developing ideas so that your wedding day reflects your personal and unique style.

We will provide you with a written proposal that will summarise our discussions and detail the services on offer to you. Once you invite us to design, plan and organise your wedding we will look after everything from the venue, the catering, the photographer, the entertainment, the transport to name but a few. We will manage your budget and time and regularly keep you up to date so you can keep in control of your wedding and have plenty of notice when decisions need to be made.

Other aspects that we will provide assistance with are invitation selection, table plans and of course, continuous advice and support.

Finally, a full wedding day schedule is created specifically for you although we can be there on the day to oversee every detail.

Timeless Partial (Partial Wedding Planning Service)

A special service which is ideal when nerves and panic starts to set in. At our initial free consultation, we discuss the plan for your wedding and I receive a handover from you, detailing the suppliers you have booked. I liaise with your selected suppliers to confirm times, deliveries and payment details. I will meet with you, as arranged and send you status reports to keep you informed of progress. I will offer you my expert advice and support during these exciting final few weeks.

A wedding day schedule is produced to inform the bridal party and I will co-ordinate your wedding, staying discreetly in the background to ensure the day runs smoothly.

The On The Day Wedding Service

This package is designed for the bride and groom who have planned all aspects of their wedding day, but require the comfort and assurance of an independent planner who can double check final arrangements and deal with any issues that may arise before and on the big day without burdening friends or family members. Timeless Inspirations have the expertise to manage these issues, allowing you to relax and simply enjoy the best day of your life.

Venue and Supplier Sourcing

Our sourcing services can assist in your search to find the perfect venue, supplier, product or service that is essential in making your dream wedding become a reality.

Prior to the search, we will meet with you, or speak on the telephone whichever is the most convenient to discuss your occasion and requirements, and establish important considerations such as your budget. Once we have a clear vision of your needs in mind, we will conduct an extensive search to identify and shortlist the very best trusted, and most suitable venue or suppliers that will enhance your wedding celebration.

We provide our clients with comprehensive information which allows them to make an informed decision about the venue and suppliers available. We can arrange appointments or accompany clients to visits or meetings. We can also assist in negotiating prices and managing suppliers throughout the Wedding planning process to ensure that they work with your vision and requirements in mind.

Wedding Invitation Management

This can be a surprisingly time consuming part of your organising and we can handle the management of this for you.

We can assist you in the selection of your stationery in order to complement your overall theme, suggesting appropriate wording, taking into account modern etiquette. We will then prepare all invitations ready for mailing using a contact list supplied by you. Postage fees are extra and will be charged at current Royal Mail levels.

Once the invitations are sent, we will be the point of contact for your RSVP’s and will record responses to keep you updated on a weekly basis. If there should be any non responses we will follow up on these and keep you informed. Once complete, any meal selections including dietary requirements and allergy awareness will be clearly highlighted and the information handed over to you so you may then liaise with your chefs, caterers or hotel. The format will be electronic so you are able to use it to plan your table arrangements.

Guest Accommodation Management

Priced at £15 per room

This service is designed so you have minimal involvement in the organising of your guests stay.

We will be the main point of contact and can arrange any accommodation on your behalf for your guests, recommending suitable hotels and guest houses to fit in with your plans and their budgets. Any negotiated discounts will be passed directly to the guests.

Inspirations

If you are planning your wedding, but unsure where to start, this may be the inspiration you need. This consultation is designed to assist you in the early stages of planning your wedding. You will spend a number of hours of your choice, discussing your wedding preparations with an experienced coordinator, who will be able to advise you and help you with your budget. If you are unsure where to start but looking for some advice and hot tips, then this is the package for you.

Engagement Party

Engagement parties are a great chance for the couple to announce their decision to spend the rest of their lives together, and for their families and friends to get to know each other better.

Bridal Showers

The ultimate ‘girly’ moment of your wedding planning process will be the bridal shower.  With ooohs and ahhhs, ribbons and bows, this is the time to celebrate being female.

Hen and Stag Parties

The idea behind these parties is to engage in some serious bonding with your friends while showering the bride or groom to-be with entertainment and gag gifts.  Many hens and stags leave the country for a weekend away and some can last up to 7 days.  If your chief bridesmaid or best man is stuck on ideas, send them over to Timeless Inspirations where our experienced Wedding Planner will help with the event arrangements.
