Faq’s

Question  1 – I only have a small Wedding Budget, Can you still help with planning or styling?

Of course, Timeless Inspirations can help anyone with any budget.  We can tailor make any planning or styling packages specifically for your requirements and budget. Please call us to discuss as we believe you deserve a special day.

Question 2 – If we have already started planning, Can a planner still help me?

Yes of course, a Wedding and Event Professional can take on your Wedding at any stage of preparation, we offer a Timeless Partial Wedding Planning Service this covers the last few weeks of planning, on the day management, and we can tailor make a package based on your individual requirements as necessary.

Question 3 – Can we meet Evenings/Weekends?

Yes of course, this is always possible, however, a convenient appointment will need to be made for both parties.  We will always try and accommodate whereever we can.  This can be at your home address, wedding venue or anywhere else that may be appropriate.

Question 4 – How can we be sure you wont take over?

You can be sure that Timeless Inspirations will work closely with you the client from the initial planning appointment, to designing a package to suit your needs.  You the client will always have the final say on decisions and we will keep you updated with regular updates.  We can be involved as much or as little as required.

Question 5 –   Do we have to use your vendors?

No, this is not the case you can use any vendors that you choose as it is your special day.  However, please bear in mind that we do use the very best suppliers and can negotiate the best deals possible.

Question 6 – Can you negotiate discounts with vendors?

We specialise in negotiating with vendors, we often negotiate good discounts, although we cannot guarantee this, we will do our very best.
